We at LA RITMICA are inspired by the vision of providing a rigorous but caring rhythmic gymnastics program.  We accomplish this through positive and challenging teaching.  LA RITMICA has developed a unique program based on the USA gymnastics guidelines and 20 years experience of its founders.  Skills along with technique are taught according to the student’s developmental age and capabilities.  The goal of our program is to challenge mind and body through physical activity that requires hand-eye coordination, flexibility, strength, and balance.  Through careful guidance, respectful encouragement and the highest standards of our coaching staff, gymnast are developed properly for their future.  Our training system respects each child’s unique mental and physical developmental stages as she progresses in the sport and achieves her potential.  We offer positive experience geared to success for all our children involved.
